Dr. Peter Urbanek

Managing Director and Owner
Peter started Dr. Urbanek Corporate Finance in June 2003. Before doing so he was head of IKB Corporate Finance at IKB Deutsche Industriebank, Düsseldorf, and of Berenberg Consult, the Corporate Finance subsidiary of Joh. Berenberg, Gossler &. Co., Hamburg. Dr. Urbanek collected some 40 years of Corporate Finance experience. He has access to an international Network of professionals in New York, Los Angeles, London, Paris, Brussels, Milan/Bolzano, Moscow, and Shanghai.
Nora Johannsen

Nora began her career in 2004 as Project Manager, Product Manager, and Key Account Manager at Bankhaus Donner & Reuschel in Hamburg, where she subsequently served in the Executive Office and Strategic Corporate Development. In 2012, she joined HanseMerkur (Insurance) Group as Executive Assistant to the CEO, providing substantive support across all board-level topics (Executive and Supervisory Board). She simultaneously took responsibility for Business Development and M&A, leading her own M&A and strategy projects. Most recently, she served as Senior Manager Business Development at the asset management subsidiary.
Dr. Wolfgang Grimme
Project Manager Healthcare
Dr. Wolfgang Grimme (former district administrator) is a trained officer, a business graduate and holds a Ph.D. in economics. He has many years of leadership and consulting experience in business, politics, administration and healthcare . For over 20 years, he has been guiding both private and public organizations in the areas of strategy, project management, change management, organizational development and process optimization. His work primarily focuses on projects characterized by high complexity and heterogeneous stakeholder structures.
In the healthcare sector Dr. Grimme has successfully led change processes in roles such as consultant, managing director and hospital administrator. Among other things, he was managing director of a primary and standard care clinic, a nursing home and a Medical Care Center. He has overseen the acquisition and sale of medical practices and the establishment of a laboratory site. As a representative of the organization, he has rehabilitated, restructured and privatized a municipal hospital.
Justin Müller
Management Assistant
Mr. Justin Müller has been with Dr. Urbanek Corporate Finance GmbH since January 2026. He has been studying International Business Administration at the BSP Business and Law School since April 2025. Previously, he completed three semesters at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
Mr. Müller gained initial professional experience as a Research Analyst at AI.Invest GmbH. There, he was responsible for identifying and evaluating AI startups for the AI.Fund, as well as expanding databases to support investment decisions. He gained further practical experience in accounting at a medium-sized company and at the Deutsches Elektronen-Synchrotron (DESY), where he gained insights into the processing of research data and machine learning methods.
