Dr. Peter Urbanek

Peter started Dr. Urbanek Corporate Finance in June 2003. Before doing so he was head of IKB Corporate Finance at IKB Deutsche Industriebank, Düsseldorf, and of Berenberg Consult, the Corporate Finance subsidiary of Joh. Berenberg, Gossler &. Co., Hamburg. Dr. Urbanek collected some 40 years of Corporate Finance experience. He has access to an international Network of professionals in New York, Los Angeles, London, Paris, Brussels, Milan/Bolzano, Moscow, and Shanghai.  

Nora Johannsen

Nora started her professional career in 2004 as a project manager, product and key account manager at Bankhaus Donner & Reuschel in Hamburg, where she then worked as a consultant to the board of directors and strategic corporate development. In 2012, she moved to HanseMerkur Group and worked as an assistant to the Chairman of the Board of Management, where she also assumed responsibilities for business development and mergers & acquisitions and managed her own M&A projects and strategy projects. Most recently, she was employed by the asset management subsidiary as a senior manager in business development.

Maximilian Fischer

Mr. Maximilian Fischer studied Business Administration at Christian-Albrechts-University in Kiel in 2018, with a focus on Innovation Management. He worked for two years at Domcura AG, initially supporting the Board of Directors in a staff position and later engaging in project-based activities within an innovation team. After completing his bachelor's degree, he specialized in the financial world and is currently pursuing a master's degree in Corporate Finance and Controlling at Hochschule Fresenius in Hamburg. Mr. Fischer supports the management of Urbanek Corporate Finance in the planning, preparation, and implementation of Corporate Finance mandates.
